Houston: JD FIELDS shipped 20 Inch Pipe arrived today for the relocation of a local Midstream's Agape Lateral. The Houston-based Development Co.'s industrial development arm, Ridge Development, plans to break ground on the initial phase of its speculative 1.6 million-square-foot industrial park in Arlington. The 119-acre industrial park, called Park 20/360, will sit at the northwest corner of Interstate 20 and State Highway 360 in Arlington in the Great Southwest Industrial sub-market, which has 23 percent of the current construction pipeline in North Texas.
